Meet Ayeshna

I’m Ayeshna, founder of Reignite Consultancy, mother of two girls and passionate about helping people and businesses. Fifteen years of experience in two of the world’s largest technology organisations, have enabled me to develop a unique approach to business planning across multiple disciplines and act as a trusted soundboard and collaborator to deliver business success. My experience of supporting small businesses in their technology adoption has ignited my passion to support small business owners.

 

As a certified mindfulness practitioner, wellbeing principles have been at the centre of my work. I recognise that a healthy mindset is essential to sustained business growth and it is that holistic approach that informs my methodology. 

 

My diverse experience across fields such as marketing, sales, product management, operations and business management, has equipped me with a unique perspective, allowing me to identify connections across all aspects of a business. I am passionate about creating structure and clarity in a practical way to allow business progression, whilst empowering the people involved. 

 

My personal aspiration is to help people follow their ambitions and feel inspired to do the things they love, with a sense of direction and clarity.
